1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Moradok", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the legal practice operating under the name Moradok, located at 145 Thanon Yaowarat, Samphanthawong, Bangkok 10100, Thailand.
• "Website" — the website at moradokhi.blog and all pages and content contained within it.
• "Services" — the legal services offered by Moradok, including will drafting and review, estate administration, and probate representation.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who accesses the Website or contacts Moradok through any channel.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any engagement letter or service agreement entered into between Moradok and a client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or submitting an enquiry through it, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit any personal data through it.

You must be aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Moradok's Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18.

3. Nature of the Website

The Website provides general information about Moradok and its Services. It is not intended to constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Any legal advice provided by Moradok is given within the context of a formal client engagement and governed by a separate engagement letter.

Access to the Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful elements.

4. Services

Moradok provides legal services in Thailand relating to inheritance law, including will drafting and review, estate administration, and probate representation before the Thai Civil Court. Services are subject to a formal engagement letter setting out the scope of work, fees, and applicable terms.

We accept instructions from clients located in Thailand and internationally. However, our legal advice relates solely to matters governed by Thai law. Where matters involve foreign jurisdictions, we may refer you to qualified advisers in those jurisdictions.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Website or engaging with Moradok, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when completing our enquiry form or corresponding with us.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or any system or network connected to it.
• Not submit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or designed to mislead.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, design, graphics, and the Moradok name and mark — is the property of Moradok or is used with permission. 7. Fees and Payment

Service fees are stated on the Website in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. The applicable fee for any engagement will be confirmed in writing before work commences. Fees quoted on the Website are our service charges only; court filing fees, government charges, and similar official costs are additional and will be itemised and agreed in advance.

Payment terms and accepted methods will be set out in the engagement letter. We do not process payments through this Website.

8. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in connection with a legal matter is treated as confidential in accordance with our professional obligations. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, by court order, or with your consent. This confidentiality obligation is separate from, and additional to, our obligations under the Thailand PDPA.

9. Disclaimers

The information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be treated as such. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each matter, which we cannot assess through a website.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Moradok excludes all implied warranties relating to the Website and its content.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Moradok's liability for any loss arising from your use of the Website (as opposed to a formal client engagement) is limited to direct losses only and shall not include indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moradok harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Website at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Client engagements are governed by the relevant engagement letter, which will contain its own termination provisions.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with the Website or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moradok with respect to use of the Website, and supersede any prior understanding or arrangement.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Website following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
